Below is a quick construction update on the Quarterdeck Resort Lakeview Lofts.

The incredible floor-to-ceiling windows were recently installed, plus the siding.

This BRAND NEW 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom loft offers exclusive sunrise and sunset views on the Gull Lake’s west shore. All three stories offer floor-to-ceiling glass for exceptional views, especially from the master bedroom. The star of the show is the private ROOFTOP BAR 35 feet up from Gull Lake with a gas fire pit, refrigerator, table with seating for ten, and grilling station.

The loft is within walking distance of the Main Lodge, Beach Grill Restaurant, and QD Social (coming soon – see more below) and sleeps up to 14 people with plenty of private and community spaces.

On the main level, you will find a beautiful great room with a flat/big-screen TV, fireplace, powder room, full gourmet kitchen with stainless steel top-of-the-line appliances and cookware, dining room, and an outdoor BBQ with a seating area. The main level also features a king lake view master suite with a private connecting bathroom. The upper-level features two king bedrooms with connecting private bathrooms plus an additional powder room.

Read for entertainment? A spacious family room is located on the lower level, including a game room with a card and pool table. Snuggle up with your favorite movie or watch your favorite sports team in the living area with many different seating arrangements, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax. You will also find a bedroom and a double guest suite with two king beds and a private connecting bathroom. The lower level has a common bathroom, washer, and dryer. Please note that this unit is NOT pet friendly.

Coming Summer 2023 – QD Social! While our proximity to the lake is our number one amenity, we are adding extras for S’more Fun on Gull. A YEAR-ROUND outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, indoor fitness center, comfy lounge with big screen TVs, Cafe, and Retrocade with pinball games, vintage video games, shuffleboard, billiards, and ping-pong.
