The feeling of the north woods will surround you. Take in the
views of
Gull Lake through French windows and enjoy an
evening fire right in your own room with the wood burning fireplace. The
smells and sounds of nature will surround you with the comforts of
home right in your villa.
The villas are set in the woods and are close to the lake.
They offer a great combination of the up north feeling in the woods
while still feeling like you are right at the waters edge.
Birchwood Villa Amenities
Located
just a couple a hundred feet back from the lake are the "Birchwood"
villas, for a woods to lake atmosphere. There are 8 rooms in the
building with 4 rooms on each level, all facing the lake. Each room
has a full bath/vanity area (towels provided on alternate days),
kitchenette with compact stove-refrigerator unit, microwave oven,
toaster, coffee maker, cooking and serving dishes/utensils.
The spacious living-sleeping room area has floor to ceiling French
windows for your lake view, a raised hearth fireplace (firewood
available), king size bed, loveseat/sofa-sleeper, table with chairs,
cable TV (60 channels), VCR, credenza, ceiling fan and more. The
entire building is non-smoking including the balconies.

(upper level) have remote control air conditioning units. |
| Villas #2, #3 (main level) and #6
& #7 (upper level) have a ground
water cooling system with added floor fan. |
| All rooms are non-smoking (smoking is

whirlpool and sauna, furnished privacy deck, and picnic table &
grill setup (left side of building). |

| Additional Rate Information |
- Each additional person is $25/day or $100/week.
- Visiting daytime guests (must be registered) are $5/day.
- Add 6.5% state sales tax to all rentals.
- Minimum 4-night stay...at weekend rate for all nights: July
4th week and NHRA weekend in August
- Minimum 3-night stay: Memorial & Labor Day Weekends (all
nights at weekend rate) and
throughout the summer.
- When accepted, one night stays will be charged at the standard
rate plus $30.00, plus tax.
